As a software developer myself, I was astounded that they elected for 1:1 brand new MacBook Airs at the middle schools last year. You don't need a Lexus to learn about auto mechanics. You don't need a Stradivarius to learn about music. That money could've been spent on tutors, EA's, support staff, etc. I bet the cafeteria could've used it as well! Thanks for your work.
